Leadership Profile Analysis
Every leadership journey begins with self-awareness. Participants receive a personal Leadership assessment based on PERMA Lead and the 9 Levels of value systems, providing a clear, data-driven foundation for the entire programme.

Participants leave this module with a clear sense of their leadership role and a sharpened awareness of their inner attitude and leadership identity. They are able to reflect on how they see themselves versus how others perceive them, consciously manage their emotions and resources in daily leadership situations, and set priorities, make decisions, and establish healthy boundaries with confidence

Navigating teams.
Participants learn to apply their leadership communication consciously and situationally. They recognize team dynamics and the stages of team development according to Tuckman's model, and know how to adapt their leadership style accordingly – guiding their team through every phase with clarity and confidence

Business in practice - think strategically
Through a hands-on management simulation, participants gain a solid understanding of key business and financial fundamentals. They learn to connect the dots between operational decisions and strategic outcomes – building the confidence to make well-reasoned, commercially sound decisions in a real organizational context

Next step: Ownership.
Participants leave this module with a clear understanding of their leadership role and a heightened awareness of their inner mindset and leadership identity. We draw on the leadership theories of S. Covey and S. Sinek. By combining emTrace coaching approaches, PERMA Lead, and the 9 Levels of value systems, leaders experience themselves from new perspectives and make their own behavior discussable. Here, they gain practical tools for everyday leadership.

Leading through differences.
Participants understand the critical role of psychological safety and actively foster a culture of openness and learning within their teams. They handle conflicts constructively and build stronger, more resilient team relationships grounded in trust, appreciation, and empathy

Legal foundations.
Participants gain a working knowledge of the essential employment law frameworks relevant to their leadership role – including working hours, rest periods, and collective agreements. They learn to apply this knowledge reliably and with assurance in everyday leadership situations
LEVEL: Organizational-leadership

Future-ready leadership.
In this module, we tackle current topics shaping the world of work. Participants explore the fundamentals of innovation and change management, learning to consciously and purposefully integrate digital tools and AI into their leadership practice. They cultivate an open, learning-oriented mindset to embrace change, recognize opportunities, and lead responsibly in a dynamic world.

Bootcamp: The leadership live experience.
This is the program's culminating experience. Everything learned, practiced, and reflected upon across all modules converges in an immersive, live leadership bootcamp. Participants put their skills to the test in real-time challenges – feeling the impact of their growth firsthand and leaving with a renewed sense of confidence, clarity, and leadership identity

Leadership coaching sessions - Your personal space to grow
Each participant receives individual 1:1 coaching sessions. Working on each individuals development areas will subconsciously integrate the program learnings into their specific leadership context.
