Free Consultation The initial consultation is free of charge and carries no obligation. It serves as a mutual assessment of fit before any services are agreed upon.

‍4. Bookings & Agreements
‍Services begin only after both parties have agreed to the scope, format, and pricing in writing via email or contract.

‍5. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated individually for each service package. Payments are due as specified in your individual agreement.

‍6. Cancellations
‍Session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. Workshop and program cancellations are handled case by case.

‍7. Refunds
‍Refund conditions are agreed individually per service. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

‍8. Confidentiality
‍All coaching and consulting conversations are strictly confidential. No information shared in sessions will be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.

9. Liability
‍VOS Consulting provides coaching and consulting services. These are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed.

‍10. Governing Law
‍These terms are governed by Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
